Joe G
A quintessential organ trio tune.
Eric
One of the first slabs of jazz I ever owned (from the "Small Group Recordings" Verve reissue). Love it!!!
Big Al
Probably my favorite Wes/Jimmy tune. Crank that mutha UP!!!
Eric
Of course this appears on 4 separate albums on iTunes - NONE of which allow you to just buy this one song I find it hard to believe they have staffers who sort through all this and decide which cuts are "album only". Jim Alfredson
A quintessential organ trio tune. With both Jimmy and Wes doing their thing! Love it.
Eric
Went back and listened to this last night - indeed it is wicked
mikeweil
This has always been one of my favourite JOS recordings! Along with Mellow Mood from the same session - I burned my own CDR to have them in session order. Don't like the session with big band as much. But that small group session with Wes and Grady Tate and sometimes Ray Barretto is great stuff.
CJ Shearn
love that chord JOS signals in to end Wes' solo and start his own.
