This error makes that more difficult - how can I be sure, months or more from now, that I am buying the corrected box. Pity. Oh well, I suppose I do have it all already... Quote

king ubu Posted January 25, 2012 Report Posted January 25, 2012 No, the error amounts to one channel being entirely missing, while on that channel, the other one is duplicated. That does not amount to a real mono-mix - it is mono, but it misses lots of "information". Quote

Chico Hamilton, too! I guess if these are indeed selling as well as seems to be the case, as our beloved voice of dissent has said, they'll just keep putting out their catalogue in this form. Suits me well as I only have a couple of dozen or so items yet... (I dimly remember some Soul Note/Black Saint discussion in the huge funny rat-thread some years back - but I've never really followed all the recommmendations from there). Quote
