BFT #79 Sign Up Thread

This is a small, somewhat eclectic assortment of a few favorite things - not deliberately designed to stump the contestant (no Charles McPherson on tenor or Idrees Sulieman on alto). I'm sure many tracks will be easy to identify for some, but hopefully a few will be pleasant discoveries. Unfortunately most of the selections are from my less than pristine LPs, so if a little LP surface noise is intolerable to you, better to skip this one. Thanks for participating in my first BFT. Yeah, the links have "..." in them as literal characters.

I received two e-mail notices today, notifying me that I'd received PM's from Michael. The second one indicated that the first attempt had contained errors. When I went to the (second) PM, rather than downloading MP3's, I used the first (top) link, which provided a list of the tracks as online streams. They worked fine, and I've heard the whole thing. I don't know if this will help anybody, but just thought I'd share that info.
