NY Giants flat got lucky enough to even be in the SB. No fumble, no SB.

Same unimpressive 9-7 team from last season.

I seem to remember that "unimpressive" team kicking the 49ers' asses this season. :D How soon you forget.

Yeah, WAY back in week six when they actually looked like a winning team.

Seahawks did, too.

The Niners, however, are in the NFC Championship game. :P

You have to wonder how the G men did it because the last half of the season they were awful.

I've always liked the 49ers going back to the days of Hugh McIlhenny and YA Tittle. But since San Francisco won the World Series, I'll be rooting against them in the Super Bowl.

I don't follow...you like them but you don't want the Niners to win because of the baseball team in town?

I'll have to root for revenge from the remaining birds as well, I guess...

So much for the Falcons shaking the choker image.

No worries.

The Eastern run media won't pick the Niners anyway.

the other side of ray lewis

http://www.usatoday....r-2000/1566198/

"Lewis never directly linked his two friends to the killings, and they were acquitted. Lewis had testified that Oakley, Sweeting and another man had gone to a sporting goods store the previous day to buy knives. Baker's blood later was found in Lewis' limo. Having fled the crime scene, Lewis told the limo's passengers to "keep their mouths shut." The white suit Lewis was wearing that night — on Super Bowl Sunday — never was found."

49ers listed -3.5, so someone believes in them. I'd take that now, unless a person feels the action will go the Raven's way, then I'd wait for the line to keep going down.

Las Vegas is on the West "Coast". ;)

I liked the 4 & 1 play when NE hiked the ball when Brady was pointing to his ears like he couldn't hear what was going on..,,

Genius play

Meh.

Gadget play.

Tim Brown and Jerry RIce claim Callahan threw Superbowl???*

http://fansided.com/...er-bowl-xxxvii/

*Berigan, my apologies if the use of three question marks infringes on any patents or anything; to make it up to you, you can use my ellipses...

Doesn't explain how Tampa scored 48 on the Raiders and doesn't take into account Barrett Robbins vanishing. Also, if they really felt that, why wait ten years to say something?
