Francis Wolff Jazz Photographs

I was searching the web for something related to Francis Wolff when up pops a Flickr link for Fred Seibert of Mosaic Records. It led to this link: http://www.flickr.com/photos/84568447@N00/sets/72157602793374237/.

Wow! Quite a few I've never seem before. I saved the largest size of each, found by clicking a photo, clicking it again, bringing up the "slide show" and then clicking "View all sizes". I plan to use them as a screensaver.

BTW, Fred also uploaded some B&W Francis Wolff photos, but most of them are not as big and many have been on Mosaic's website: http://www.flickr.com/photos/84568447@N00/sets/72157618341754741/.

Stan ALWAYS wore Cosby sweaters, (probably berfore Cosby did).

I didn't know Siebert was with Mosaic. He used to produce albums for Muse. Including a couple of nice ones by Gator Tail. If you see him, tell him thanks.

I just don't get it. Seems to me he was a handsome man before the alterations. To each his own. I imagine there is a certain amoun of remorse that comes with elective facial surgery.

I suppose he just wanted to keep up with the Jones's, and not loose his 'marketability'. Maybe he thinks an old looking white haired pop/soulman isn't going to keep packing them in the aisles. More of a reflection on the world as it is - as much as it is on GB unfortunately.

GB is a Jehovah's Witness. Are Jehovah's Witnesses permitted to have plastic surgery? I know there is something in their faith about not having blood transfusions. Wonder if that extends to cosmetic surgery?
