Probably get it on eBay.  Resale value on Mosaic sets has fallen through the floor.

The Monk/Trane sounds fine. IIRC it has totally different mastering to the CD version for which Thelonious Jr. was responsible. Again if IIRC the CD mastering came in for some criticism - I'm completely happy with the LP edition.

Re. the OP OP, remember that there was a euromosaic (identical except for Warner serial number on spine) which means there are more of these around and maybe cheaper. Maybe.

Coleman Hawkins is now on last chance. The Woody Herman and the Boogie Woogie & blues piano Selects are now running low. That means that soon all Selects will be gone from the Mosaic  catalogue.

Talk about cutting it fine - just grabbed the Hawkins and added the Boogie Woogie Select and the Getz vinyl (which is on 'flash' sale).

I didn't even realize that the Hawkins set was on lost chance.  His Keynote box would make it to the desert island with me, so I'm sure that I would've really appreciated the Mosaic.
