Such an excellent work. Good original tunes. One of the best records with Woody Shaw, IMO. This one, as well as Dr. Chi by the same group.    

 

Yep, both Woody Shaw releases on Timeless are outstanding ....

Hal Singer is excellent on this one. The man is 100 already (was 90 when this album was recorded)! Murray is doing his thing, boring. But Singer is the man!
