Forgot to post this one in the afternoon.. The unothodox string writing of Clare Fischer on side two of the Harold Arlen LP makes this almost a Thrid Stram album.

Slept in late this morning. Hardly never happens, feels a bit weird!

Miles Davis “The Complete Live in Paris Volume 1 and 2” Lost Recordings UHQCD 2 cd set, disc 1

Recorded at the Olympia Theatre Paris, 11 October, 1960–Davis, Stitt, Kelly, Chambers and Cobb.

I broke down and ordered this, and it arrived today. Not that much of this are really “lost recordings” but none-the-less a great packaging of killer music.
