but it's from her later teaching job at
Plano East Senior High. The library gig
is just a thing to do. She's in her mid-80s.

The Cliffs of Moher, 20 May 2025

I have the occasional nightmare concerning the Cliffs of Moher.
It was its regular cold and windy day there and I was wearing a
long coat. While taking a photo, I accidentally stood on the bottom
back of my coat. When I went to stand up from a crouching position,
I lost my balance and instead of falling forward, I luckily fell backwards.
Even the sometime thought of that moment gives me intense shivers.

I remember seeing that video sometime, but the "novelty" is lost on me since I don't recognize any of the music.
Still, I can sit and listen to mariachi for a good long time.
