World premiere of Mickey Tucker's "Spiritual Collage"

This is a BFD!  Indiana University's Archives of African American Music and Culture, which has considerable Mickey Tucker holdings, is going to present the world premiere of his 1978 extended work Spiritual Collage, with the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra and guest jazz artists including Gary Bartz, Greg Osby, Avery Sharpe, and Cyrus Chestnut.  Sunday, October 23 in downtown Bloomington at the Buskirk-Chumley Theater:
