Yes it is forbidden - but actually this is common practice from a lot of Discogs contributors.

I think adding a submission you don’t have is in hope that someone will offer it for sale.

Yep - but I believe waiting for an offer for the Braxton / Mariano LP will be futile.

Right. I agree. Just pointing out why it might happen. I personally would be to crazy to make a listing to sell something, but if I can just add it to sell on an existing page i would.
