That looks very interesting.  I'd love to hear your impressions after you've had a chance to absorb the music.

Thanks, I'll try and remember. I usually wait for the CDs to arrive rather than listen to the download so may be a week or so

Dipping gingerly into buying a few downloads of titles I'll never see on CD.  Today was 'Lookout Farm' , the great ECM album by Liebman, Beirach & Co. (they never came close to this again), and 'All That's Good', the obscure 1964 Freddie (Frederick on this release) Roach album on BN.  Not classic but certainly interesting.

Jim Snidero: For All We Know

I pre-ordered this; can't say it leaped out of the speakers though. Need to listen a couple more times and would be curious your thoughts.

I haven't heard the Snidero, but I find, in general, trio recordings often don't hold my interest.

Arriving Wednesday. Always like Farnsworth on drums.

Whilst over at the Dusty Groove site I bought three of the Pan Afrikan Peoples Arkestra sets on Nimbus.

I haven't been following these releases closely after the first one but decided it was time to carpe diem on what was available now.

I've played it twice. No complaints. No rough edges, but no clinkers either.

Thought you were talking about the new Julian Lage album
