Joseph Jarman--------Song For-----------(Delmark) stereo copy , cover green/ red

Bought at a local record fair this weekend. Interesting date with some curious spoken parts. I'll need to listen closely but seem quite self conscious if somewhat contrived. I'm not surprised that this'll need further listening. I'm unclear whether the green/red cover I have or the B&W cover is the original. What ever, this copy has clearly been cosseted over the years. Another one to thank Chuck a.o for expanding the music.

Beach Boys -----------Pet Sounds------------( Capitol) UK mono

Picked this up the other day as I always wanted a vinyl copy of this session. I did an online search to see what I could find regarding this edition. Now I wished I hadn't , as there are numerous threads over at Hoffman's which deride the UK mono edition as being a weirdly phased fold down of duo phonic masters ( what ever that means). Only thing is, that my LP sounds little different to the mono 1990 CD that I have. Maybe I've lucked out or I can't hear the obvious. Anyway I'm happy with my £10 purchase.
