That's a nice box set. Larry Williams did some great stuff and inspired some pretty good covers too.

I am no authority on him but somehow I doubt it. There are quite a few horn men I cannot identify in that book but I do not recall anyone with these features. Fernando (Fer Urbina) should know more.
