Agreed. The Selects probably died with all the print material (trays,inserts, booklets and slipcase) in one place and disposed.
I don't believe the big boxes and booklets are at the pressing plant, so recovery is less painful.
I think they would have clones on a drive somewhere and the new plant could make parts from those. Depending on the plant and the size of the orders, the cost would be minimal if anything.
The quartets are fun. I have had recordings by Pacifica, Julliard and Arditti but still have a soft spot for the first two by the Composers Quartet,
Disposed of Julliard and my "fall back" edition is the Arditti. The Paifica records are dandy too.
