I know it's not what we're talking about, but her bass playing is very good (IMO) on the new Lovano CD.

Hannah & Her Sisters is probably my favorite. Friends were in NYC recently & saw him & Soon-Yi out & about. So - there is longevity to their relationship.

Zoot Case works for me. I'm thinking about getting Hi-Ya. Also agree with the earlier comment re: the 2 Spillett CDs.

She's a very good bass player. Her singing, etc. I can do without.

Fluff & filler might be O.K. $140 I'm not so sure.

I don't object to "slow" shipping. I object to listing items you don't have!!

Well I'm glad Green Bay won. The snow & ice removal situations in Dallas are disgraceful. However, 30,000 homes here in New Mexico have been without natural gas for 5 days. Many of these are in areas with below zero temps.. Apparently has something to do with the delivery of natural gas from Texas to the area. So "BOO" for Texas on more than one account.

I left Wisconsin in 2000 but have remained a Packer fan. Feels good to see them win one.

If anyone is teetering, the Mengelberg is excellent IMHO.

My order from Movie Mars wasn't lost. They didn't have the item they listed. It took them a week to figure that out (& only after 3 e-mails from me).

Live at Kerava Jazz Festival (2005) Grimes, Hamid Drake, David Murray - I like this CD. Not sure if it'll answer the "changes" question.

Last time I saw him he was playing on a Chris Botti DVD that some neighbors invited us over to watch. Food & wine they served was very good. Music was so-so. At least he must be cashing some checks.
