Tomorrow in the morning (11:30 am) the book will be presented in Madrid (the Nov. 3 event took place in Barcelona). What a good hour to present the book to us, the working class! Blame it on the SGAE/Fundación Autor guys, publishers of the book.

Tom Lord´s discography on CD-Rom lists it, with similar information, but only mentions the Bellaphon release.
