  1. If you would have only broken out your Albert Ayler cds as well.
  2. Another Grrr!!!Brrr!!! coming from this direction. Though it's really not bad today by Colorado standards. We're in the 50's.
  3. RIP.
  4. Considering that FS Key lifted it from drunken Brits I would tend to agree.
  5. I'm still trying to forget it... Same here.
  6. Same here. Most anthems soun dour and pompous. Le Marseillase sounds very uplifting.
  7. Happy Thanksgiving to one and all.
  8. RIP.
  9. I remember that brouhaha with Elvis Costello. At the time I didn't care for his music so I really didn't give a shit about what happened to him at the time he did bring it on himself. I liked the duet that he did with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band and I'm very curious about his collabaration with Allen Toussaint. I didn't like what Elvis said at the time but I kind of get the impression that he didn't either. We've all said and done things that we have to live with. Hopefully for Richards the baggage won't be too overwhelming but at this point and time I doubt it.
  10. I'm working. Good luck Lon to the Mrs. and you.
  11. Turkey,Ham,Trimmings,Cranberry Margaritas. I'm there.
  12. Good points Soul Stream. The hecklers did provoke Richards. If they didn't like the act they should've bailed and asked for their money back instead they chose to act like assholes and morons. That being said I feel Richards was way out of line to put it mildly. For a highly paid professional he should have conducted himself better. Asking the bouncers to do their job would have been a more desirable option or paying the idiots their money and telling them to hit the door instead he reacted like he did. Personally I don't hate Richards but I hate what he did. Despite his claims to the contrary I think he is a racist just like Mel Gibson is anti semitic. I'm afraid he revealed the truth the other night but that's about as much as I'm going to judge him.I'll admit and not proudly that my own house is not exactly in order.
  13. Good enough to be Indy and there might be plenty more where that came from. With a banged up NFC East the Cowboy's chances are looking good to win the division.
  14. Thanks for the heads up.
  15. Now I hear that Colletti wants to sign Juan Pierre to a 5 year 45 million dollar contract. Ned may need to be drug tested. That was an outrageous amount of money to spend on Nomar. Hopefully he wont break down before the contract is up but I'm not optimistic.
  16. Enjoy. You too shall recover.
  17. Gee thanks that colonoscopy party is something I"m really looking forwar to. On your birthday party you're making the right decision. You may bounce back slow but you'll bounce back. Hell you only go around once-go for it!!!
  18. Put a fork in Richards because he's done.
  19. How about the time honored "She Wants To Sell My Monkey" or "The Monkey Speaks His Mind".
  20. Ordered the book. Awaiting it's arrival.
  21. Michigan-the BO factor.
  22. There's talk of the Dodgers resigning Nomar Garciaparra to a two year deal. Personally I hope that they don't . Nomar was great at the plate and did a better than expected job at first but Nomar started to break down towards the end of the year and he was out at the beginning of the year. It seems that every time you turn around Nomar is injured. For the kind of money he would command who really needs that kind of risk besides-don't laugh-I think James Loney is major league ready or very close. I also understand that Boston is taking a look at Eric Gagne-I don't know how you feel about that Dan but remember two words-Darren Dreifort.
  23. RIP to the great lady.
  24. I really came to appreciate hockey when I saw it in person and I enjoy it on tv and radio except when Colorado is sucking-like thet are right now.
  25. Consider it done.
