  1. They forgot the most important one: Give him the good stuff whenever he wants.
  2. Yeah, I left my digital camera with Alison so she can take a picture of Zora everyday that I'm gone. She is changing so much every day, it's amazing!!!
  3. What the hell happened to the Pistons? I wouldn't care too much if they lost both those games, but to lose both by such a huge margin?! I wonder which Pistons team will show up for Game 5. Spurs/Lakers should prove interesting. Hello from San Fran!!!
  4. I'm about 6'3". My wife is barely scratching 5'1"! My wife is hoping that Zora has some of my Swedish genes! She does have very long limbs and fingers and long feet.
  5. Ok, time to rectify the fact that there are no pictures with me and my little sweetpea. I'm also leaving for San Francisco tomorrow until next Wednesday and I know all my co-workers will want to see pictures, but I only have digital pics, so this will serve as my virtual photo album for one and all. First up, the proud pappy with his baby girl! Second, the happy family! Momma's got that glow, doesn't she? I feel so lucky to belong to two beautiful women now! Next, baby and Aunt Kristin who helped me re-decorate Zora's room (ie, the 14 layers of wallpaper episode!) Thanks Kristin! My wife and I call this one the "senior portrait" pose! All Zora needs is some cheesy fake plants and a letter jacket! Hey, it's Uncle Randy!!! Zora made Randy feel so much better after his loss. That's what babies are good for! And finally, little Zora prays for world peace, human equality, and most of all, a million dollars for mom and dad. Such a nice baby!
  6. I'd love to go on a road trip, but we might be opening for Spyro Gyra that evening (still waiting to hear back from that dude, Joe.) And even if we're not, I'm playing with my R&B band in northern Michigan later that night and Saturday as well.
  7. His latest record on Rope-a-dope is probably my favorite so far. I'd love to see him in concert.
  8. Things ain't looking good for the Lakers. Only 7 teams in NBA history have come back from 2 down in a best of seven.
  9. We're music for the whole world, man.
  10. Well, I was up late last night with Zora trying to calm her down, and I was flipping the channels and guess who was on the Jimmy Kimmel show? Yep, this guy with his Tron outfit. Amazing. Kimmel was ripping him apart and the audience was pretty mean, too, but the guy took it in stride. Andy Warhol is more right now than ever... this guy and William Hung are perfect examples.
  11. Oh man, Big Ben with a double-double and Tayshaun taking it to the Nets! What an embarassing game for them. The Piston D wrecked them!
  12. Jimmy Smith did the trick last night! I don't know who she likes more... Jimmy or Kenny Burrell.
  13. Pistons/Nets series starts tonight. I wonder what effect all that trash talking by the Nets after their last regular season meeting will have. My guess? Pistons squeeze the Nets dry with defense and win by 15.
  14. I think I got that worm on my computer. w.realsaxman.ath aka Spam Master Jay.
  15. That didn't happen. Spurs put the D on the Lakers.
  16. It doesn't matter what age she is or what age you are, losing your mom is truly an emotionally devasting experience. Much love to you and your family, brother, in this trying time.
  17. WHAT??!?!? Yer from Michigan and you don't like Springs...... I mean, Seger?!!?? Just kidding, of course. Yeah, I'm not a big fan of The Nuge or Grand Funk Railroad either. Go figure.
  18. I do. I have that record. "Sweet Caroline" has to be up there. Just because stupid drunk people (mainly dumb college girls) always sing along to it on the jukebox. Very annoying. I can't believe there isn't any Seger on that list. "Katmandu" anyone? Man, that song not only sucks, it goes on FOREVER. How about "Afternoon Delight" by the Starland Vocal Band?
  19. No one can seriously tell me that anyone is a better defender than Ben Wallace. Artest is a good defender... but Wallace should've won the award. Did you know that he reached 1000 rebounds, 100 blocks, and 100 steals for the fourth year in a row? That's an NBA record, beating out Karim Abdul Jabar who held the record at three years in a row. Ben Wallace is defense.
  20. You've only got one what? Cool animated spinning gif file? Dude, you're way behind.
  21. Man, I love you folks.
  22. No, but you've figured out how to come into a place and make a complete ass out of yourself in under 10 posts! Congrats!!!
  23. DOOD, Musicboy can take him far in the industry... with all those big connections, doncha know. Remember? The ones that are going to thwart my musical career before it has even begun?
  24. BTW, what total crap that Artest was picked as Defensive Player of the Year. Ben Wallace beat him in rebounds per game and blocks per game. Isn't that what defense is? I love this quote from ESPN: "Artest recently was the runaway choice for the defensive player of the year. He finished third in the league in steals (2.08 per game) and held the players he guarded to 8.1 points a game." What the fuck?!? Popovich is right... that's a bullshit stat. There is no way to substantiate that. Lame.
  25. She's just saying, "Hi, Joe!!! Whaddya know?"
