My recent bitches w/ DGA get the same results as Street Singer... I often will order more than a couple and have them sent via Media Mail to save some on shipping. Invariably, and it has even been three orders in a row, at least one jewel cover would be cracked as well as missing hold down teeth for one or more of what might be in the package. Every time I would e-mail them about the damages and they always laid claim with the Postal Service and not how they packed it. The last time I complained the shipping manager returned with a reply that 'if I did not want my discs to be damaged I should upgrade and have them sent via priority or with overnight delivery'. THE BASTARDS!
