I was taking the bus to the Apollo Theater with Henry and Margaret earlier this year and they were telling me about this upcoming show....they were excited as well. m~

At least part of the problem is a fatty liver (I was wrong), but I have no pain there. The other is the IBS I've had since July '05, Now that I'm having significant temps, my Dad's doctor is suggesting Diverticulitis. My appointment with the internal medicine specialist was canceled 45 min. before the appt., but I insisted that I get a doctor who would look at me that day. Naturally, she ordered more tests. I hope everyone had a nice holiday and they're feeling better. ...hope you're back to feeling better soon!!! m~

....working Friday (no phones,email, people stopping by my office), my better half's grandfather passed away on Monday ....funeral on Saturday...may see Nicholas Payton on Sunday....not sure. Not going near the malls....will continue my trend to do any shopping on-line! Good luck to Lon, his better half and Aric as well! m~

I received a note from the people at Newport Jazz saying Ruth Brown has passed away ......and then a note a few minutes ago that she is still alive but on life support....which will be removed within the hour.... Mark~

Hi Michael, I should be in Chicago for that entire weekend so I'll do my best to get up there to see you. Jim Neumann lives in Evanston and will most likely attend as well......and possible Sal too! That's a big weekend in Chicago with you, McCoy Tyner (Symphony Center), Henry Grimes/Fred Anderson (Velvet Lounge) and Lonnie Smith (Jazz Showcase) all playing.....hope to catch some of each show!!! m~

Thin Lizzy was a great band. Back in my rock days, I saw them perform a couple times.....got some nice images.....wonder if I have one of Gary Moore with the guitar??? m~

Even if I could play, I wouldn't pay $2000000.00 if Peter Green came to my house to play it and then gave it to me!!!...........but it is cool and sounds great! m~
