I believe it is. You can order it new through Amazon (and probably CD Universe) and there are a bunch of used copies floating around. Inspired by this thread resurfacing, I will probably go pick it up this weekend. I've got the 2-CD set with The Soul of Ben Webster and the other Sweets-Webster session.

Well, I, for one, agree with you. Banning both football and boxing sounds fine to me. But then, it wouldn't change my life one iota. And someone would probably come up with equally dangerous sports, like jumping off of cliffs, or juggling hand grenades.
That's the way it struck me too. I was absolutely certain that the record was something Ruffalo's character was playing both to blow off some steam and to express his anger and frustration.
