As far as trades are concerned: I've got a pretty good collection already, and basically seek to upgrade the masterings of my blue notes and OJC/Riverside/Prestige stuff. Therefore, I'm looking for JRVGs and K-2 remasterings.

Sorry Jim, but I'm with Kevin on this one. I had "Symphony.." and tired of it quickly. Gato sounded all over the place, while Cherry had a few good parts. Never was a big Coleman fan...well, actually I am...George Coleman, that is!

Haven't been kicked in the wallet by Dusty's lately, so I visited and bought a couple of Groove Holmes reissues: "Nite Glider" "Super soul" Glider was only $6.99. It's a French reissue with a different cover.

I always bring a walkman cd player with me on trips along with a few cds, so I don't really miss any music at all. Now if I were going abroad... I don't know if I would bring any music. Not sure. Best not go abroad!

I don't get too many magazines anymore, as it was cutting into my book-reading time. I get Smithsonian, which is always a good read. I get Chess, which is a pretty worthless magazine you get as a USCF membership. And that's about it. I get the Economist on and off whenever I can afford the $95/year subscription price. This is a truly outstanding magazine, and I wish I could afford both the $ and the time to get it.
