By herself or with others? Did she say anything?

Great idea on the Vanguard. I found this on the web, although I’m sure there’s a lot more. https://www.google.com/amp/s/jazzlives.wordpress.com/2009/11/12/the-vanguard-sessions/amp/

MLB 2018: let the games begin!
Brad replied to ghost of miles's topic in Miscellaneous - Non-Political
I was one of those too but I've grudgingly come to realize he's the real thing. Those two throws yesterday were impressive. While I think Stanton's year last year was an anomaly, time will show that Judge's probably wasn't. -

That's one of those statistics which seem meaningless to me. What is the significance in the overall scheme of things? Very little I expect. -
It's fun to speculate but we don't know what's taking place one way or the other. This same discussion could have taken place last year at this time and lo and behold we not only got the Wilson set, but the Savory set. In other words, nobody knows.

Ramos is the kind of player who you hate when he's not on your team but love when he is He's a royal pain in the ass. See https://www.planetfootball.com/in-depth/a-begrudging-tribute-to-sergio-ramos-spains-irreplaceable-anti-hero/ -

Ramos has always been an aggressive player and, yes, he locked his arm, which should have been a foul, but on the way down their arms are locked so I don’t think Ramos could have withdrawn his arm. Yes, I’m a RM fan and have been for over 40 years when I used to live in Madrid. At the end of the day and as Klopp said, is anyone going to remember the injury in 10 years? No. Next year they go for four in a row, which I would be shocked if they could win. Frankly, I never thought three in a row was possible. -
Can’t see it. Rather see the Celtics in the final. They might have a shot against the Rockets. Against the Warriors, none.

I don’t think that would appeal to me but I’m sure it would be successful for Mosaic.

Thanks. I will have to look into that.

I have to think that it would have been a different match had Salah not been injured. The goalie’s two mistakes are unforgivable. I imagine Klopp will be looking for a new one soon. -
Reducing inventory and, thus, costs is part of a strategy but it can't be your only course of action. I've been wondering what might be in the pipeline.

Unfortunately I missed most of the second half; I had to pick my nephew up from the train station and didn’t record the game properly so I only saw it up to 1-1. A satisfying result and I assume Zidane has saved his job after the fiasco of the La Liga season. -

A very strange goal but we’ll take it. -

As if arms being held have never happened before. Losing Carvajal is not minor for RM. -

Liverpool have suffered a big blow as Salah goes out with an injury. -

Several years ago, the label had a US rep who would send me updates about their latest issues and I think his prices were better than Amazon or CD Universe. I think he was based in Chicago. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Is he still around?

I think they want to avoid the big stage at this point. After all, it is Yankee Stadium and there is a lot of hype about this series. If the Angels make the playoffs (a big if), there will be time enough for a matchup. -
Continuing to watch this. The last two episodes have been very good. I’m actually enjoying the parts about Picasso when he was younger than the later periods. Apollinaire is one of the interesting characters in Picasso’s life.

I seriously doubt that the Angels are thinking that far ahead about a WC game (especially when the Yankees will probably win the division). I follow the Angels (along with the Mets) and they probably didn’t want to expose him to that joke of a right field fence or get caught up in the hype. As far as Michael Kay goes, I would take anything he says with 10 grains of salt. -
His Blue Note dates were very good. I have three of his SteepleChase CDs and they’re not bad — The Bopsmith is probably the best. Not as good as the BN sides but worth a listen.
