I came across this site week, www.hatchards.co.uk, which is probably known to our British members. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, they have a catalogue of their favorite novels of the past 200 years. It's a very useful list so if you're looking for something to read, there's probably something on this list that you will find worthwhile.

I thought it was a bit unusual but it does show how the feeling is infectious.

How early would you suggest?

Different but similar. I can’t see Mosaic going for this.

His Bag Band Bloviation is supposed to be very good although I don’t have that one. He went by the name of Deep and I recall some of his posts as being unusual.

That sounds a little like some of the Selects which, for reasons unknown to me, didn’t work out.

He used to post here many years ago.

That can happen after an emotional series. Mets got off the schneid. I think Conforto is ready to break out, hopefully. I watched a few innings of Harvey's debut with the Reds. I thought he looked pretty good, moving his pitches around well. The Reds got him out of there after 4, probably to instill confidence. That was a trick that Davey Johnson used to do, to great effect.

I ordered the Johnson Mosaic set last night. However, I just received an email that I assume they sent out to more than one person that they oversold the set and so I (and presumably others) won’t be receiving one. Such is life. You snooze, you lose.

I think I purchased them all.

It happens from time to time. It’s just typical what’s going on with this team right now.

A stiff for a stiff. Enough said. Well, almost. He’s a catcher who hit 220 and is making around $13M. Since Harvey makes about $6M, the Reds are also sending money.
