    Thanks, Jeff! I did a quick crop and chop of an animated gif I downloaded at easytree. It's not as smooth as i'd like, but not bad. Give it a sec to load.

    My in-laws live 15 minutes East of Cleveland in Mentor, OH. It's a pretty nice community right on the lake.

    No state income tax here in Tennessee. Nashville is growing, but it's not too sprawly yet. The cost of living is low. It's a decent place to raise a family. You get 3 1/2 seasons. Winters are pretty tame. Stop by when you are driving out East!
