Well, I've made my picks, and I won't weasel out now. But it has occurred to me that since Lulay was chosen (over Calvillo) as the quarterback for the All-Star team, the same voters aren't going to choose Calvillo over Lulay for the Most Outstanding Player Award.
And the winners are!...
Lulay
Johnson
Messam
McCallum
Williams
Bourke

Jim, my hostess told me that she cooked it at the regular temperature for an hour or so to kill the germs, and then lowered the temperature to cook it for a long time. Very, very moist.
According to my records, the following tiebreakers are still available:
for British Columbia - everything below 30, and everything above 65.
for Winnipeg - everything below 20, and everything above 75.
Greg Xenakes Grey Cup pick

(I note that if Xenakes's predicted final score is correct, I would win the Grey Cup contest!)
aloc, medjuck took Winnipeg and 70, beating you by an hour. What would you like?
PS - OT in the CFL is like OT in the NCAA. If it goes into OT, these high tiebreaker numbers will seem small.
I remember Almost Good well. We had it. It was the flip side of The Chipmunk Song.
I feel that Mediocre was better, however.
Mediocre was the flip side The Chipmunks' follow up, Alvin's Harmonica.

felser, I saw Condredge Holloway play for the Ottawa Rough Riders (RIP)! He alternated with another Hall of Fame quarterback, Tom Clements of Notre Dame. Neither was second string; they both were given about equal time.
Hal Patterson passed away yesterday. I had his bubble gum card in 1959, and I stood right behind him in a line for drinks in 1979. One of the best ever.

Here's a tip for those who haven't entered yet. Winnipeg had the best defense in the league. They gave themselves the name of "Swaggerville".
The tiebreaker picks have been on the high side so far, and a lower guess might be a winner.
I now see that ESPN3.com will carry the game.
Chuck, it so happens that back in '95 I went to a couple of Birmingham Barracudas games, including one where they hosted the Edmonton Eskimos with Gizmo Williams. My recollection is that their attendance was great during the summer, but fell off to near-zero once the Crimson Tide started playing.
Ira Gitler is my hero! When most jazz records had liner notes that were pretentious and condescending, his notes for Prestige welcomed the newbie and made the music more accessible to me.
