Yeah, I'm glad Kim pulled through too. I've been a fan of hers for a long time, and what makes this even more interesting is that Clijsters is a pretty dangerous player right now since she is in great shape and in good form. Maybe Venus thought that she would be out-of-sorts being off the tour for two years, but that was hardly the case, although the second set doesn't support that claim. It would be nice to see her win this title again and most certainly that would put her near a ranking in the 20's.
And did anyone catch the rumor that based on Clijster's successful return to tennis, that Justin Henin is considering coming out of retirement and returning to the game? That would be awesome!
