When my two year old was in his first year, we used to listen to a lot of jazz (we still do). He loved it! Some of his favorites were: Flip Phillips - Best of the Verve Years Lee Konitz - Motion Johnny Hodges He really seemed to like stuff of the small group variety. If there was too much going on, he didn't get into it. He also really likes organ jazz. He loves Lou Donaldson's early sixties stuff, like the Natural Soul. And... he digs classical too, not symphonies, but string quartets. Lately, I've been playing a lot of Haydn and Handel for him.

Organissimo should sell out and do McGriddle commericals. because.... The syrup is baked right in!

Now, I bet David Blaine is kicking himself. He didn't even have to starve himself, he could have just filled up his little container with beans instead. He would have been a hit! or a toot!

Sorry Rooster, I was being a little cynical in my first post, and I went for the easiest target. I guess all these talks about social issues are getting to me a little.

I guess the way I read the initial post was that it was posted to mock these people for being so conservative in their values. All I'm saying is that progress isn't always a great thing. Yes, I agree it's silly that they haven't allowed dancing until now. I guess I wish the world was a little bit simpler and not so jaded.

I think that story is nice. I guess the students there aren't as lucky as the rest of us in the real world. Heck, maybe in fifty years, the students will be having babies in the bathroom of the dance and abandoning them. These poor fools don't know what they're missing out on.

Plus, I'll pay the shipping to anywhere in the world.
