    TAKE 6

They are great live. I saw them at the IAJE conference in January in a medium sized room--totally packed, SRO flowing out into the hallway. They may have an occasional BoyzIIMen sound in their recordings, but live, there is no comparing the two. Just pure...
  13. Ahhh, the Redskins!! Please.... when have I ever hid my love for all things 'Colts'. silly boy....
  14. Oh Conn, you silly... How cute you are, gettin' all serious and stuff... we'll see...
  15. Don't be so sure, Conn-baby .... They're crackin' down on mugging the receivers (uh... now it will be called and not ignored...), and that will surely put a crimp in New England's "big D", doncha know... Let's see how they 'adapt'.. EDIT: Of course, that enforcement applies to all teams, so let's see how we all 'adapt'
  16. girlzz night out Bazbeaux's then the Biergarten then maybe the concert on the canal then maybe the Chatterbox ....
  17. for scientific purposes only... I swear.
  18. When I said "awesome", I meant it in a totally scientific context.... yup....
  19. I don't mind injections for dental work. The topical anesthetic tastes kinda good, and you don't even feel the injection (except for the one in the roof of your mouth; that one kinda 'hurts good'). As for other injections, I don't mind subcu. injections (had to do it to myself for a year, no big deal as long as you have a nice tiny 27 gauge). Not too fond of intramuscular injections. Can't stand to have blood drawn; I have to look completely away and try to think "happy thoughts". What's really cool is watching the injections that were done for cataract surgery back in the day before drop anesthesia was used. Right behind the eye... awesome.
  20. Before I had dental insurance I used to go to the Indiana University School of Dentistry for my dental check-ups and the occasional filling. Very cheap. I'm a little weird; I love going to the dentist. I love teeth cleaning, drilling, fillings, the whole nine yards. I don't mind injections at all, (I actually kind of like them...)and I find sitting in that reclined position rather relaxing. Then again, I usually fall asleep during MRI's.
  21. It's a tight race in the East and it seems that the Shock are struggling a bit, but I still have to give props to my girl, Swin Cash, a fellow McKeesporter. I used to go to every McKeesport High School Tiger basketball game and get moony eyed over her uncle, Lance Cash, back in the 70's.
  22. Happy Birthday! Make it a good one!
