  1. I see two big street teams right there. Oof.
  2. No, that was the single that predated Superfuzz. Side B is: "No One Has" / "If I Think" / "In 'n Out of Grace"
  3. Indeed. I have most of that on LP. Do they get much love/like around here? No free jazz in the box set forum!
  4. Mudhoney - Superfuzz Bigmuff - (Sub Pop OG) Incredible b-side.
  5. Want it. Definitely keep your eyes peeled at Dusty Groove - seems like something they might carry.
  6. Sorry to hear that. Hope all goes well. He's scheduled to play in Texas in January with Frode.
  7. Are you calling Miles "yella?"
  8. I remember that, martini, and as I was a broke student at the time (still broke, no longer a student) I couldn't pull the trigger. Oops.
  9. Argo, Deram, Fontana, Vertigo - all good quality pressings, from what I know.
  10. The few Disconformes I've had have been bad needle drops, and I chucked 'em.
  11. Those are excellent. Still need to score a copy of the Edition Ferrari LP.
  12. Seems like that's the case. I don't know if there are other tracks on LP or not; I've only seen these two volumes. The take of "Sonnymoon for Two" is badass; I recommend you pick up a vinyl when you see it (cost me about $5).
  13. Now: Ted Brown Sextet - Free Wheeling - (Vanguard/King Japan)
  14. V. One: Devilette, For All We Know, Sonnymoon for Two, Doxy. V. Two: Like Someone in Love, Body & Soul, There Will Never Be Another You, Blues Walk.
  15. Dexter Gordon - The Montmartre Collection, vol. 1 - (Black Lion/Polydor UK)
  16. Never really "got" POB but am still curious and feel that there's something there. Nevertheless, for me it just sounds OK at this point.
  17. There are two on BN, one on Strata, and all are excellent. Can't wait to hear this disc.
  18. Ah, thanks.
  19. Yeah, Nam June Paik's lady, Charlotte Moorman.
  20. I knew that about Columbia, but when did Capitol fall under the EMI header?
  21. UK pressing was on Columbia, US on Capitol. The latter probably leased the tapes at the time.
  22. Disconforme are boots in the sense that Actuels are boots. Promises made but not kept.
  23. The Cecil Taylor Unit/Donald Byrd-Gigi Gryce Jazz Lab - At Newport - (Verve, Japanese pressing)
  24. I like Mo Tucker - she was right for the band, and that's what matters. Ginger Baker's solos can be pretty ridiculous, but his tunes are interesting.
  25. Cool. I have a few Horos but the ones I want are out of pocketbook reach.
