  16. My set is #1130, purchased almost four years ago. Even giving some slack for the numbering process, it doesn't appear that this set sold very well over the past few years - a shame.

  18. The Chicago Jazz Fest had significant sponsorship from one of the major tobacco companies when that was still possible IIRC. Chuck and others will no doubt remember which one. And of course there was the Kool Jazz Fest in NYC. Phillip Morris used to sponsor blues fests in NYC.
