  1. Nor did or would I. These sort of questions are easily answered on Discogs.com
  2. It seems that "Lover" was added to that Prestige LP version from the original Swingville track list of 5 and this possibly has not been reconstructed as an official OJC or Concord release since. Fresh Sound included it with the Swingville material on this 2 cd reissue: https://www.discogs.com/release/10550435-Coleman-Hawkins-Tommy-Flanagan-Coleman-Hawkins-Tommy-Flanagan
  3. Pierre de Bethmann "At Barloyd's" disc 2

Kenny Burrell - guitar, vocals Bobby Jaspar - tenor saxophone Tommy Flanagan - piano Joe Benjamin, Wendell Marshall - bass Bill English, Bobby Donaldson - drums Turns out this is music to watch the snow fall by. Snowing right now. It usually does this second half of April. And usually it's the LAST snowfall. Let's hope so.
  11. Babs Gonzales "Tales of Manhattan" The one, the only Babs. Alto Saxophone, Flute – James Moody Bass – Peck Morrison Conductor, Arranged By – Melba Liston Drums – Roy Haynes Guitar – Kenny Burrell
  12. A pure slice of nostalgia for me. . . brings me right back to my college days and the years beyond. What it must have been like to have been there in the audience for these performances! Donny Hathaway "Live" And I share Donny's philosophical belief that "Everything is Everything."
  13. A totally unique character indeed. I got to know him just a smidge from correspondence and music sharing and one phone call. I'm so glad I did.
  14. Archie Shepp "The Magic of Ju-Ju" Impulse Japan UCCU-5640 SHM-CD
  15. "PIANO SOLO AT BARLOYD'S" (9-CD BOX SET) Nine Parisian jazz pianists record a disc each of solo piano on a restored vintage Steinway in a Paris apartment. Fascinating for little old solo piano loving me. Disc 1 right now. https://dgwh4hty77sxy.cloudfront.net/59952/piano-solo-at-barloyd-s-9-cd-box-set.jpg

  23. Just arrived in the mail, the new Mobile Fidelity SACD and it sounds great. David Crosby "If Only I Could Remember my Name"
