  4. Tchaikovsky “Four Seasons” Fidelis SACD Piano trio pieces, one for each month. I last listened to this with my Dad on the old family stereo in that beautiful cherry wood cabinet he had specially made in '62 and kept all these years, one of my brothers enjoys that now. I really miss that man. . . so much!

  6. Mine was scheduled to arrive yesterday. It reached ClevelandUSPS (about 45 miles away) on Saturday but then on Sunday. . . Cleveland instead of sending it East to me sent it South to Columbus! Hopefully I'll get it re-routed to me and have it tomorrow.

  14. Jerry Gonzalez “Rhumba Para Monk” Sunnyside cd I always forget what a powerful listen this album is, and how much I enjoy playing it. There was a time when I obsessed over this music! One day it would be great to have an audiophile release of this.

  23. Yes, "Hejira" has a fascinating aura about it, and the story-telling seems so true and vivid, in a way that the stories in "Blood on the Tracks" seem so real and experienced. I do not believe that the "stockpile" material in the Nimbus disc appears in any of the "Private Collection."
