  1. It's good. It's probably not essential if you have other 1986 Chet recordings, but I really have come to love late Chet and this and Vol. 2 I am glad to add.

  3. Following up with another one in from cdjapan. Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers “Meet You At The Jazz Corner Of The World Vol.1” Blue Note Japan 24 bit by RVG SHM-CD 2023 The distortion on the master tape is a bit annoying. I have LP burns of the mono volumes that sound better (from the days when I was trading music cdrs with drummer Danny D’Imperio).

Listening to a cd that arrived yesterday from cdjapan, Chet Baker “Live in Japan 1986 Sendai VOL. 1” Timeless Records/Solid Records Japan cd Sound is good, not great–sounds best to me with Phase “Reversed” on my DAC. 500×500 22 KB
