  1. Does the buyer still have three months to leave feedback? In which case and if you have to leave negative feedback, is it not better to post your feedback right at the end of the three month period so that he hasn't got the time to retaliate and to give some shitty feedback.
  2. He is, I believe 23 seconds behind. It is not a lot but it is very difficult to take that much time in a flat stage especially the last one. There are several reasons; 1 If Evans or Leipheimer try to attack Contador, they risk to run out of energy and to lose their current 2nd and 3rd place (if they were to explode in the last few miles). Finishing 4th or 5th would mean losing a lot of money for themselves and for their team. 2 All the teams have a sprinter that they will try to help win the stage by preventing any attack. If Leipheimer or Evans were to attack, it is very unlikely that the other teams wouldn't try to chase them and annihilate their effort 3 The profile of the last stage ( flat ground and the last 25 miles on the Champs-Elysees is not ideal for attacks. The followers can always see the guys who attack in front of them and they usually make them do all the hard work before catching them up two or three miles before the end when they are completely roasted. 4 The last stage in Paris is a very prestigious one and all the teams do everything they can to win it. They don't let anybody out or if they do they keep a close eye on him... 5 It is usually very hard for any rider to win the Paris stage on a solitary effort but it is impossible to imagine that Evans or Leipheimer will be given an inch of space by Contador and his team. Yet, you never know.... Hope that makes sense Jim.
  3. 90 sets plus 2/3 of the selects. Still looking for LP sets of Commodore 1 and 2, Master jazz piano, Benny Goodman and Lee Morgan.
  4. I won't be going this year but I was there a couple of years ago to see Wayne Shorter and Randy Weston. This is a brilliant festival. I love this place. Have a great time!
  5. 2 sites that may be helpful to you: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Country...ns_Iraq_war.png http://store.playmobilusa.com/on/demandwar...chedWelcomePage
  6. Stan Getz with Jimmy Raney 'Early Stan' (Prestige 7255)
  7. Exactement! Goodspeak... you think doping isn't rife in other sports? In America....of course it is. But our pinhead president uses his faux investigation of baseball to cover for his ilegal war in Iraq. The real culprit, if the truth be told, is in Amercan football...but nobody here seems the least bit concerned when linemen are 6' 7" and weighing in at over 350 pounds....all of it muscle. My concern here is that Le Tour has been told before it's drug checking isn't up to standard yet they refused to acknowledge what a farce it is [especially when it can be used to target Lance Armstrong] until their guys get nailed. That is totral crap, IMO. The French hate it that a mere American could dominate "their" sport. Personally? I hope we boycott them and encourage other Nations to do the same...they deserve nothing less. I am not too sure where I should start with your post. Get over the American - French rivalry. If you are a teacher, I hope you can raise above this simplistic and childish debate. Since when do French people hate 'their sport' being dominated by an American guy? Greg Lemond won the Tour a few times and he is one of the most popular cyclists in France despite having beaten Fignon in the last stage for 8 seconds in 1989. The guy gets a lot of respect from the public and the press. Amstrong managed not to get caught. Fair play to him but being so positive about him and Landis being targeted by French anti-American officials is laughable. These two guys are cheats. The fact that they are American has nothing to do with their bad press in France. Do you have a French chip on your shoulder? It seems to me that the Tour organizers are doing everything they can to make this event as clean as they can. I am sure they don't give a toss about the nationality of the guys they catch. The problem is that they don't have the support they should get from the UCI (Union cyclist Internationale). If the UCI were prepared to clean this sport, things would be much easier and more consistent. The rules are different from one country to the other and this needs to change. Please. Have the French and the US had issues relative to war of late? Do the French [in large part] see themselves as superior to Americans? Americans don't "hate this sport" but the French HATE Americans. They are INSANELY jealous of Lance Armstrong and want to see his dominance erased. Buddy, I wouldn't visit this hate-filled country on a bet. Who wants to see people who have unreasonable hatred towards us Americans? I sure as hell don't. The French need to grow the hell up and get a clue about dealing with people who don't share their opinions. France is a bigoted state...and you can quote me. To wit: The French are the biggest bunch of self-centered jackasses on this or any other planet. And you can bank on it. Come on! Grow up!

  9. The yellow jersey, Rasmussen, has been sacked by his team. He is out of the race. What a mess the whole thing has become!
  10. Bill Evans, The Final Village Vanguard sessions.
  11. Blue Mitchell Blue Note sessions. LP 3,4 and 5
  12. You can count me in for that one. Not the best time for it to hit the 'running low' category as we are about to spend quite a lot of money for our holidays in Iceland. Still, I can't resist the temptation...
  13. Dexter Gordon quartet 'Manhattan Symphonie' ( Columbia)
  14. Miles Davis 1965-68. Does jazz music get better than this? I don't think so.... What a fantastic set. I am really enjoying the work of Ron Carter and Tony Williams.
  15. Up. Any idea of why Mosaic did not keep the tracks sequence of the Miles Smiles album on that set? What is the point of doing this?
  16. This Hank Mobley's picture is one of my favourite BN cover art! But $750 is a hell of a lot of money and my other half would kill me if I was to go for this!! I'd love to pull the trigger but I'd rather spend the money on more music. She doesn't seem to mind too much about that....
  17. Albert Ayler Holy Ghost. I have just received this set and I am working my way through the whole collection. I have just listened to discs 1 and 2. Great stuff. The inserts are worth it as well.
  18. Have a great day!
  19. Lee Morgan 'The Gigolo' (King).
  20. Glad to heart this, Claude. I must admit that the only BN DMM I bought has completely put me off this label. I will give it another shot then!
  21. 'Nuff said. If their vinyl is as good as their cars (which I swear by) then I'm there ! Their Blue Notes can be very good too - based on the German Liberty pressings I have from the late 1960s. Well, I hope people around here don't use DMM as a criteria before buying their car! The future of French car industry would be very bleak!
  22. Good to be back! Just one thing; Where are the links to Amazon, CDnow etc that we can use to buy music and donate to Organissimo? Can't find them!
  23. Hi everybody! Nice to be back!
  24. Nothing wrong with my copy. I purchased it about 6 months ago.
