Pim Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 (edited) Wow what an amazing record. So glad I managed to obtain a copy. I like this way better than his more known Humility where the yodling to me sounds a little silly. This is some top notch free jazz. Goes a little between Ornette Coleman and Albert Ayler I’d say. Great band also with Malachi Thompson on trumpet, Hakim Jami on bass and John Betsch on drums (both are truly on fire) plus Juma Sultan adding some excellent percussion. Edited March 2 by Pim Quote
