Peter A
It's a nice album, but it could have been much better if not all the tracks had been faded out. It has many (10 or 11) tracks which are all very short! Peter
michel devos
Yeah...Excellent album...Took me some time to get over the grotesque folklore apparel (turban for what..?Doctor in what..?) This musician should be good enough to spare us all this folklore... Really an excellent album :bought it and go immediately for his Boogaloo to Beck CD, unless anyone can recommend a better choice ? I did not like particularly the Mozambique album... :cool:rather unpleasant cover art, to my taste(too damned hot)... The "Turban" and "Dr." are a part of jazz that's been lost to the Berkely School of Music world of jazz we live in today....it's called excitement, originality and fun. bertrand
I've been eyeing this one for a while. So, all you organ nuts out there recommend this unequivocally, or does someone have reservations? My bank account curses/thanks you in advance. Bertrand. Actually is probably the best CD that features both Lonnie and Lou, and that's saying a hell of a lot.
