I have not heard this, but Lucky Thompson sounded good, his sound reminded me a bit of Don Byas, I heard him in several bop surroundings with Bird, Diz, Bud, Monk and so on. As much as I know he also spent some time in Paris, but I don´t have no idea what happened later to him.
