Week 12 picks https://doorfliesopen.com/2025/08/21/cfl-beat-245/ https://3downnation.com/2025/08/21/3downnation-cfl-picks-straight-up-against-the-spread-week-12/ My picks... Blue Bombers over Alouettes - The Als have too many injuries. But I'll be rooting for Morgan! Elks over Redblacks - Ottawa's starting quarterback is out too. Again. Lions over Argonauts - BC has been inconsistent. But can the Argos' offense make up for what their defense allows? Stampeders over Roughriders - Notwithstanding their win totals, I think the Stamps are the better team, and they are at home. ***** Week 12 previews https://www.cfl.ca/2025/08/21/5-stats-that-could-shape-week-12/ https://cflnewshub.com/cfl-news/montreal-alouettes-5-5-week-12-preview-vs-winnipeg-blue-bombers-5-4-prediction-depth-chart-injuries-odds/ https://cflnewshub.com/cfl-news/cfl-schedule-today-august-21st-2025-winnipeg-blue-bombers-vs-montreal-alouettes-tv-channels-live-stream-odds/ https://cflnewshub.com/cfl-news/montreal-short-on-quarterbacks-but-winnipeg-should-take-nothing-for-granted-preview-winnipeg-at-montreal/ https://www.tsn.ca/cfl/fourth-string-qb-morgan-ready-to-go-as-alouettes-host-blue-bombers-on-tsn-1.2348386 https://www.cfl.ca/2025/08/21/3-keys-to-victory-for-edmonton-ottawa-in-week-12/ https://www.tsn.ca/cfl/ottawa-redblacks-qb-dustin-crum-to-start-against-edmonton-elks-in-week-12-1.2348792 https://3downnation.com/2025/08/21/qb-dustin-crum-to-make-third-start-for-ottawa-redblacks-against-edmonton/ https://www.tsn.ca/cfl/adam-bighill-damien-alford-on-track-to-return-for-calgary-stampeders-1.2348695 *****

In this case, yes. Can't speak for many other reissues as I haven't heard them. The only other modern copy I have (albeit unfortunately warped) is the blue vinyl version in the 50th Anniversary Columbia box, and it too is pitch-corrected.
-
What kind of proof-of-purchase would they be equipped to accept?
-
When they do that kind of thing, do they do the pitch corrections?
-
Miles Davis “Kind of Blue” Columbia 180 g reissue LP, sounds very good.
-
They could make downloads of those two tracks available with proof of purchase, but I assume they wouldn't consider that.

Nice! I am very happy I found a copy a few years back... a colleague from work was kind enough to send me a text message "there are people selling LPs on market square", some travelling vinyl circus had come to our small town that evening... and by chance, I happened to be in the neighborhood, walked by and found the Myers LP... now playing:

I still have my Fat Bob. . .but don't ride it much any longer. It's so odd to only be able to ride half the year or so, and my wife won't ride with me and worries everytime I fire it up and ride off. . . I'd do better to let it go and may soon.

Tracks 1-5 were originally issued as Don Patterson - These Are Soulful Days Tracks 6 & 7 originally issued on Don Patterson - Movin' Up! Track 8 originally issued on Don Patterson - The Return Of Don Patterson

Congrats, Dmitry! ENJOY it!

I love those three volumes I saw Ricky Ford three times with Mingus I think. I don´t remember I have seen him in another context.

So I just bought my second motorcycle (if you consider Honda Ruckus one). It's a 2023 Honda CT 125 with only 650 miles on it. Also known as the Honda Trail. I just love it. Top speed clocked by moi at a blood-curdling 56 mph on a straightaway. Took it through some mountain bike trails here in town....far out. That thing can huff and puff just through about anything with 190 lbs of me on it. Got stuck in the sand up to the chain, got off, pulled the rear end out, didn't throw my back doing it...a big plus already. Took me a little bit to figure out the semi-automatic 4-speed transmission...no clutch. The fellow who sold me the Trail also threw in the hitch motorcycle carrier. I'll be exploring the back roads before the bad weather kicks in here in Southern New England....hopefully it'll be a long Fall.

Indeed - my second album!

Have to say I am pleased that this thread made me want to dig out my transfer of the Angry Tenors LP and in flipping thru the binder with Quebec CDs, realized I received From Hackensack to Englewood Cliffs from some kind soul many moons ago.

Highest recommendation on the SAJ Oto 2xCD. This is what it's all about. https://otoroku.bandcamp.com/album/two-days-at-cafe-oto

Ike Quebec 45 Sessions Being Reissued - Vinyl & CD
Kevin Bresnahan replied to Dan Gould's topic in Re-issues
I've sent an e-mail to Joe Harley, who is my only contact there these days. Hopefully he can do something but it's very very unlikely since they are advertising its availability already. I'm sure it's way past the point where they could add these two tracks. For the past several years, I've tried e-mailing Blue Note's corporate offices many times using Email addresses Michael Cuscuna gave me but no one seems to be reading those E-mails or, if they are, they are simply deleting them... or they have a directive, "If that asshole Bresnahan E-mails, be sure to delete it". It really makes me miss when Cuscuna & Tom Evered were running the reissue program. They were extremely accessible and rarely ignored a valid question. Michael also acknowledged his mistakes and almost always fixed them. -
Many thanks for the information ...
