“Pee Wee’s Song–The Music of Pee Wee Russell” Arbor cd. This is one of my favorite discs. Nominally led I think by Bobby Gordon who captures the essence of Pee Wee on his clarinet, it also features two other favorite musicians of mine, Marty Grosz on guitar and Dan Barrett on trombone. And the music has that wonderful Pee Wee quirkiness so well rejuvenated in killer sound.
