All from the same week at the club, as far as I know.

A word for the Plugged Nickle - from circa '64 through '68 I saw Miles Davis, Horace Silver, Wes Montgomery, Jimmy Smith, Thelonious Monk and John Coltrane (3 times). I am sure I am forgetting others. Too bad only Miles was recorded. What is now called the London House seems to be a Hilton property. The old structure is gone. 30 years ago the old building was a Burger King IIRC.

This discussion brought a bit of sadness - Horenstein invited me to London for the performance of the 7th under discussion.
