    That cover shot always gave me the creeps. It seem these 2 guys are asking me about some private thing I don't want to divulge. I can't imagine the consequences for a "wrong" answer.

    Duke was my way into this music and Duke will probably be my way out - if I need a playlist for my exit it will be Duke's '20s material. Saw him and the band untold times. Had a very personal exchange with him in his later days. He told me I was a fool.

    Back a while we had Jazz Corner, All about Jazz and the Blue Note board. The BN board imploded and Organissimo forum was created by Jim Alfredson. Some of the BN folks tried JC and AAJ but settled here. Now Organissimo seems to be the last outpost for this kind of thing. Hope we can keep it going. Anyone remember Jazz Central Station?
