Yes, these were Argo/Chess releases. I believe the tapes were smuggled out of the Chess vault and delivered to Prestige for a payment. A Marmarosa/Bill Hardman was done at the same time and I believe those tapes remained with the Chess holdings. This latter date was booted by Charly/Affinity.
