I picked up a copy of this disc, it looks like a boot with no details of date or personnel , any one help me with these details,?? Yes, the cd is a boot. The only "real" copy of the lp I ever saw belonged to Roscoe Mitchell. You can find out the details HERE.

You can search for a vinyl copy of nessa n-3, or buy a cd from Dusty Groove by the AEC in the "Americans Swinging In Paris" series called "the Pathe Sessions". I think I mentioned this "way back".

Frequently I am asked "How do I/we make it to the next level". The answer never pleases. If you have a local following and want to move on you need to create a following at the next level. You must know there are 25 groups wanting the gig you dream of. If this means moving to a "larger market", you have to do that. No NYC clubowner is going to hire you 'cause you are the biggest thing in Cedar Rapids. You have to pay your dues at every step of the way. Most people choose to spend time/money with family and other obligations but those making the move, move on. It is as simple as that. Once again, Chuck is the turd in the punchbowl.

Steve is an old friend from the beginning of the '70s from Madison. He started as a pianist and has taken up saxophones. Do a search on his name. He has stuff to sell.
