Copyright date on the Roach set is 2000. Copyright date on the Mobley set is 1998. I bet that one times out next year. Wow - was the Roach really out back in 2000? My mind is playing tricks, thought it was more recent than that. The Max Roach box was introduced in the Fall 2000 brochure from Mosaic! Guy probably has every Mosaic catalog since the beginning committed to memory.

IIRC, Byrd/Adams did time out, as did Elvin Jones, and certainly other BN sets.

And I answered him earlier today, as soon as I got the email from Mosaic. Also ordered the Ellington "Cosmic Scene" and "The Jazz Piano" singles to take advantage of the shipping cost. I'm on a strict "Running Low" diet with Mosaic these days, and Max was definitely on my list.
