    The Warner Bros. album was also reissued in Japan in 1989 as First Place Again, Warner Bros. WPCR-506. I got it from Tower.com last year, but they don't have that particular disc anymore.

    I just got a message from Heather Whitten at Universal that Vol.4 of The Complete Motown Singles will be out in February 2006, and that it looks like 6 CDs again. It'll cover 1964.

    A lot of "modern mastering" with all its compression/maximization, bumped-up highs, noise reduction, etc. gives me headaches and makes it impossible for me to enjoy the music.

    You can get the same material for 20% of the cost by purchasing the Green/Clark 2CD set and Green's "Born to Be Blue". I know, and I have those CDs, but it's the Mosaic set I'm looking for. I probably should have said so in my first post.
