  1. Yeah? And what if you put the Nicholas brothers on the Titanic? Eh?
  2. I've had this stuff over so many faceless boots I have no idea which is which.
  3. To be exact: Louis Armstrong and the Blues Singers 1924-1930. It is not Charly but Affinity. Affinity=Charly in this case, and it is all on Spotify.
  4. Much or all of the Armstrong/Charly is on Spotify. I wonder which set you are referring to?
  5. Jackson was pretty much a genius - juust about, though if you put him against Astaire... Interesting Rava is going for mainly later songs. If this is a record with some real beats then I am in. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIyjTvpUh6Y
  6. Now I have been made moderator-in-chief, I've decided to merge all threads into this one to make searching easier.
  7. Not me I want this We all want it!
  8. Lots of Gambit on Spotify - search label:gambit
  9. This could be a short thread.

  13. How about an in-active un-content button? It's all focus focus focus.
  14. I think I would have liked the 1964 sessions each as a separate release. I'll be adding this box to my list of things I can't afford or store, but I think separates would have been better.
  15. Interesting article - thanks for the link. The album is now on Spotify
  16. I love this video but it might not be what it seems. It was published anonymously a week before the March presidential election - you see where this is going now - and if you watch the bride's lips at the close she says not 'Puttin' on the Ritz' but 'Putin molodets' which means basically 'well done Putin.' Weep, weep, for nature, weep for beauty, weep weep weep for art, spontaneity and joy. Oh weep. Heh heh.
  17. Hmmm. Nope, not for me.
  18. You might be right. Can Evans attack Wiggins? On this evidence, probably not...
  19. It's not much, I agree.
  20. This backs me up on 313 link
  21. That's the 1959 CD DIW did both, so don't be so sure... According to me, 1959 is DIW 344 and 1960 is DIW 313. I admit though when I searched I found 344 and 313 quoted both ways round (as 59 or 60 interchangably). Look closely here and you'll see my point: http://jazz2002.fc2web.com/J02073.html
