  1. Not available, but shown on amazon. You are talking about the 1959 set, not the elusive 1960 one I'm looking for. I assumed you mailed Dragon about the one they issued, not the other one. SO what we have is we think Dragon issued both on LP but only one on CD. The other is on CD though, DIW, I feel sure.
  2. Oh and you can buy both the LP and the CD in their shop. My service to this recording is now over, forever. The 1960 one is DIW and it is on amazon.
  3. PS it *is* on the Dragon website, in fact, DRCD182. I'm going to lie down now.
  4. You can find it on ebay or amazon, 1995 I think but not sure.
  5. Pot duly stirred.
  6. As far as I know it was released on LP only. There was a CD.
  7. What else do you expect on this board!
  8. Thanks for posting that. I share his view of ECM as a constructive outlet for creative work.
  9. No sound clips up for this set. That's one way to market it, I suppose.
  10. Got it! Thanks! So - is it OK for me to keep that record now or is it tainted and I should scratch it with a nail on all four sides and throw it in a skip?
  11. Wonderful. That is Moscow State University - makes me want to be back there right now...
  12. From the menu, try Tools==>Sync & Check for New Items okey dokey - thank you
  13. Just in case I can't follow this (or am busy), can you provide a very brief summary - I don't even understand who won or what they won... Thanks in advance...
  14. Thanks! I downloaded the app but it still seems I have to add things manually... nearly there...
  15. I don't know how to syncronise or back-up the kindle on the pc. Does anyone know how to do that?
  16. I get frustrated when the transfer to digital is bad, as when older books are scanned in without being proofed (by supposedly respectable publishers, I mean, not freebies), or when even recent books contain errors (missing accented letters, for example). The convenience is a massive bonus. Since I d/l things basically at the point of reading them it is also economical (no hunting, hoarding, storing involved). Plus if you want physical copy instead no-one is stopping you.
  17. It's a Michael Jackson tribute, I believe. Still not curious? Still no takers? Well he's touring it and it's coming out whether you want it or not!
  18. There is one but I don't have it.
  19. I guess if you buy enough lunches.... Plus I mean as the people who actually know you retire or die... Couple of questions: Did Downbeat review your stuff first time around? Do you have the reviews and would you consider scanning them in? Negative or cagey reviews make interesting history, though you might still feel a bit sensitive about them. Also, their 'historical' category now seems to come up into the 1970s (Von Freeman same year as Koln Concert - no-one would call that 'historical', would they?) so is that maybe benefitting more of the things that are still filed in Rays over here as 'new music'? In any case a lot of folks vote for these and there's no real system - they vote for what they like that fits the categories and they are glad to have them back after a long hiatus. Hopefully the additional interest will help you complete the run of reissues.
  20. It's a Michael Jackson tribute, I believe. Still not curious?
  21. I *think* it would be good enough for Craig.... But silly to purchase at current prices. . . . True enough. Doctor Who could probably get a good deal on it though. I paid under $10 inclusive of shipping.... Oh and good luck post-surgery, Craig!
  22. I *think* it would be good enough for Craig....
  23. It's also $10 vs $200 dependent! [inc. shipping]
  24. New Rava title due in August from ECM - On The Dance Floor. Dust off those boogie shoes!
