  1. John Patton and Andrew Hill are sold.
  2. I'd like to get the BS box set to investigate more. Only have Murray's Steps and I can't get into it. Something in the arrangements doesn't gel-- it just doesn't sound right to me. I agree with Leeway; I've really liked his small group work that I've heard (a few DIWs, the Hat Hut, Morning Song)
  3. Johnny Richards sold.
  4. http://destination-out.com/?p=2372
  5. There is a Dickerson on Amazon for $25. I think getting the VEE for any less than that would be a fluke. These are all on Spotify, by the way.
  6. Bump to add Don Cherry set.
  7. All orders shipped today. Sorry for the delay on some of the first repliers, I only have one free day a week to hit the post office.
  8. Johnny Mercer is sold.
  9. Carmell Jones & Sam Rivers are sold. I can knock $5 off all prices for the remaining sets.
  10. Given that the Carnegie Hall album is among my very favorite I'm definitely loolong forward to this.
  11. "Giant Steps" and 'Four' & More seem like a couple other obvious ones
  12. Let us know! I spotted what seemed like an authentic Benny Goodman OKeh set for 23.95 via Import_cds or one of those a couple months back. Couldn't afford it (sad) but hope someone got the deal.
  13. The reissues of the original LPs are great. The reissues of the Arista compilations, not so much. The Don Byas Savoy Jam Party disc omits something like 10 tracks. In that case just do a double CD fer crissakes.
  14. Ha! Yes, thanks for bringing that to my attention. The price is $60.
  15. Also possible: more Murray, Ran Blake, Dave Douglas, George E. Lewis, Jimmy Lyons (I hope!)
  16. A couple price reductions.
  17. Pacific Jazz and Cohn/Newman/Green have sold.
  18. The reason I priced that one so modestly is that it has been piling up on Ebay in 1-cent CD auctions and has been selling for about $45-50 as opposed to $80-100 like it used to. Though maybe people weren't as aware of that as I thought! Damn
  19. Shank/Cooper is Sold.
  20. Reece is On Hold.
  21. Pacific Jazz Piano and Shank/Cooper On Hold.
  22. Pullen is sold.
  23. $50 shipped. MS-07 Curtis Amy MS-09 Bob Brookmeyer
  24. I just noticed that in some of the sessions, Horace Tapscott plays the trombone. He can also be heard to this effect on Lou Blackburn - The Complete Imperial Sessions from the BN Connoisseur series.
